The problem was Marie should probably have never been lifted to CEO from CMO she was in her niche with the previous role but kind of the same problem with a lot bio's when they try to cross the business with science. You need strong business minds to steer company direction & strong medical to steer the science - if you don't have that it's only ever coming from weaker foundations.
She was very good for the science though when you look at her background against PAB's lead candidate.
