The Directors themselves have considerable money in Ton, any future dilution imo will be kept to a minimum.
To raise money before remaining 60% of results and an Inferred and or Indicated Jorc being possibly only 3-8 weeks away, imo wouldn't make sense at such current share price.
How about capital from possible Joint Ventures?
Can anyone expand on a possible dual listing, how new shares are or would be issued and could this in itself create capital for expenditure even though a cost of listing on lse is said to be £3-400,000?
We can all speculate, imo management will & have previously made good choices
