i am unsure if it is the weak sellers rather than the strong buyers. if you track back on buyers they were doing the same thing around 12.5 and they are still there. They worked extremely had to maintain and/or drive the SP back to those levels. The same trend is reoccurring until we get rid of those buyers (on this occasion) will we see a boost in SP. JMO
