"Transcontinental Group (TRG) has provided a letter of support to the Company in which TRG confirmed it will provide financial support to BMG Resources Limited if required to enable the Company to carry on its business as a going concern during the 12 month period from the date of signing the annual financial report for the period ended 30 June 2014."

"Mineral Resources The Transcontinental Resources Group started investing and managing operations in the mineral sector in the early 1980's. TRG has since undertaken significant investment in a range of mineral commodities and in projects located in Australia and many other countries. TRG has been instrumental in establishing many mineral projects over the last 30 years including new discoveries and developing new mines. TRG was instrumental in establishing substantial new mining operations in Indonesia and South Africa as well as operating gold and silver mining operations which were acquired as a going concern. TRG through various investee entities has also been responsible for exploration for and/or mining of iImenite and rutile in Western Australia and West Africa (including the proving up through feasibility of the Rotifunk rutile and ilmenite discovery). TRG's gold and base metals exploration in Australia led to the founding of Ausgold Ltd and its discovery of a new greenstone gold province around Katanning, Western Australia. TRG was responsible for the development from greenfields of a significant empithermal gold and silver mine in Indonesia. Transcontinental was an early mover into iron ore exploration in north Minas Gerais State, Brazil which led to Brazilian Metals Group Ltd. Transcontinental was also, with our partners, responsible for carrying out what is believed to be the most extensive prospectivity study to date for uranium in Australia which was conducted by a team of international experts brought together to conduct the study. The study led to founding Regalpoint Resources Ltd."
