IMHO, the Capital Raising will look like this:

1/ The placement to the strategic investors will raise about $15million and will be used to make the repayment due at end of September.

2/ There will be a rights issue of around 5 new shares for each 14 shares held and these will be issued at around $0.08. Not sure if this will be renounceable or not. It would make more sense if it was as it will likely raise more cash if it was. I will lets the number crunchers work out how much this will raise, but a rough calc tells me about $70mill in total

All will be revealed before the market opens Monday
