Ok, TD, You are right as far as I can tell. They can file a notice to appeal. Some appeals (in courts around the world) require a hearing (and a good argument from the lawyer) to convince the court there has been an injustice. If they court believes the argument has substance, then the appeal can proceed at a later date.
SSM can take two roads.
1.) They can appeal the decision, but would need a bloody good argument, new info etc.
2.) They can file for a judicial review, if they believe the Chief Justice of the High Court has not followed the law.
And yes, fair to say that news of that would be price sensitive. I still think we have overcome a huge hurdle.
