I think that if SMM fail to pay whats due promptly and decide to appeal the case, the SI govt miss out and should, based on evidence presented in the case, instigate a Royal Commision into the activities of SMM. Based on what I have heard, an enquiry into the awarding of all SMM permits and licences is warranted.
