it certainly looks like they are forging ahead to bring the production online ASAP and not bothering to go for the RLE .... which would add significant cost but reduce their per lb cost.
Whilst it would have been nice to have the RLE piece of equipment in place, guess sooner to market with $$ is preferred :)
IMO that copper demand and prices will stay at these levesl for years to come. 2 at minimum.
