Why do you think this is good? Enough of a CR to keep the cash-flow? but not enough to dilute the stock too much?

$700 - Odd K is enough to pay the board and staff for a year. So with BCT's cash in the bank, line of credit and this CR... We should have enough cash to stay pretty well afloat for the year, Thats if BCT have no sales... Which Im sure won't happen

Growth in sales is what we all would lurve to see
