Well CB and/or whoever else it was....It is now two and one half year since that has happened. A very very long time has passed sine then, but but......

Isn't it then about time that we make a move once again.???

If we threw the bath water and the baby out back then because the Board didn't want to immediately drill another well at Surprise, what is different now.??

Why is that allowed to continue on unabated.??

Unless of course there was a method in someone's madness.
