    We have the resource! .. We have the plan.. RM will pave the way. Its not even like we are waiting to see if we have struck oil .. We HAVE the "oil".. We have the green light..

    People are calling this one a dog stock because they are DT'ers or ST'ers and are expecting to flip the stock in a week...
