Sell NEN to TAP they get some cash, we get some shares in something going forward, with the possibility of a return even if long into future, directors get a small gratuity, and obviously preserve their shares value, short term ears can sell out for small profit, no one has to try and be a hero here, just do a deal Ken, for the good of the long termers who backed you.
