At this grade of ore it needs to find away to develop Botswanna without printing shares. Its cost of capital is so high with the shareprice at these levels (and having already done a placement at 15 cents) and it has no cash, but I doubt there is another option hence the dead shareprice.
Therefore as T10 says they need the deposit to be improved dramtically before any price movement.
As for the Australian deposits it is blindingly clear that AIM and Falconbridge used the DNL entity to dump a heap of small "crap" assets, and unsurprisingly the directors own little or no stock.
I don"t see our get of jail free card at the moment, and they do not have a history of talking up their stock either, (ie; would be great for sentiment if directors bought a small amount of stock now) .
