Ummmm. If I were one of the many large institutions that was approach by LYC to underwrite the SPP, then even if I didn't take the offer, with that knowledge perhaps I (or my mate) might just buy up prior to the announcement, and or then short the stock to drive the SP down (churn and burn) in order to get a much greater allocation at a much cheaper price??? What Pump and Dumper is going to pump LYC at this stage???
