All ...................... Big Foot is aa oil field developed by Chevron oil which has just gone into production and it faced many of the problems that the development of Senegal would need to over come and makes compelling reading, stats of the field as follows:
was discovered in 2006 by Chevron and is situated in the Gulf of Mexico round 260km from land
holds approx 100mbbo
is in round 1600m deep water
production development cost was ~$US4b
