Up until 2013 there has been early date notice and mostly earlier dates. The venue choice delay has me intrigued. The date claim has the Execs locked in so their Dance card has been earmarked. First rational thought was that last year's turnout caugth them off guard, they could be looking for a venue that can be readily expanded depending on demand. Another, well 8 Mile Plains could be a good place to do an AGM and an "unveil". The thing is Brokers and Fund Managers perfer at most a 5min walk between AGMs, so Sydney CBD most likely.
Hey if there is a late ECL off Nth NSW and Box Head is holding 6-8ft I might venture there abouts.
