2014 Annual Meeting Results
The following resolutions were put to shareholders of GeoOp Limited at its
Annual Meeting held earlier today:
1. That Viv Brownrigg, who retires by rotation and who is eligible for
re-election, be re-elected as a Director of the Company.
2. That Richard Suhr, who has been nominated by the Board to stand as a
director, be elected as a Director of the Company.
3. That Jodi Mitchell, who has been nominated by the Board to stand as a
director, be elected as a Director of the Company.
4. That Deloitte be reappointed as the auditor of the Company to hold office
from the date of this resolution until the conclusion of GeoOp's next Annual
Meeting and authorise the Directors to fix the Auditor's remuneration for the
forthcoming year.
All of the above resolutions were passed on a show of hands.
