my 'guess' is no. Look at some of the other smashings in the banking/investment banking sector today:
MBL -$2.35 at $61.88
PPT -$2.70 at $65.30
SGB -$0.63 at $29.43
Blood bath!
I'm hoping PPT falls a bit more as I'm keen to grab a few more.
