Spot on ahjay this is conroys grubby work alright.
They have done a deal to only include the current government and not the previous ones.
The greens backed down on the original deal which included previous governments ( which labor blocked ) in return for labor backing them in stopping the state government being given the power to grant environmental approvals.
It will just be tit for tat now .
