Interesting to see a couple of decent buy parcels coming in at 1.5 and 1.6 cents. There is theoretically little reason to buy at anything over 1.5 cents given the certainty of an SPP at the 1.5 cents Strandline deal. Unless there's buying that knows it won't be able to get what it wants in an upcoming SPP? It would be nice to have that sort of interest.
