Merv, Not getting at you personally, but I do this every time a new "property expert" comes on and makes claims like

    "loss making"
    "wasted capital"
    "giving it a miss"

I have a quick look at your "helds" and "buys"
You have 4 on first page, and here are the 5yr. performances as you mention "loss making" over 5 years

    1. RNI - past 4-5 yr low 3c - high $1.48 - current 15c
    2. MLX - past 4-5 yr low low 8c - high $40c - current 22c
    3. LSR - past 4-5 yr low 5c - high 17c - current 1.5c
    4. HOR - past 4-5 yr low 20c - high 83c - current 2.3c

NONE have paid a cent out in the 5 years, and all have destroyed wealth that is incomparable to property in Australia, which ON average is at ALL TIME HIGHS , AND pays income, AND has brilliant tax deductions.

Those 4 stock performances are a common theme on the property threads from 99% of past commentators that property is a loss making venture, wasted capital and you'll be also giving it a miss.

All I can say is, join the club, as every single one of those 4 stocks have been a WEALTH DESTROYER for 90% plus of investors, not loss making but absolutely woeful investments, and are likely to continue being capital raising retail investor (read "punters") capital suckers!
