I think BJ's last effort at giving us a report was sloppy in the same way as a long distance driver might make careless errors a few Km short of his destination. I think it's called de-compensation when a great strain or load is suddenly diminished and a period of adjustment is required to reach a state of equilibrium.
On the other hand my analysis could be just wishful thinking psycho-babble and things have turned pear shaped again, and he's priming us all for another bomb.
Either way, I wish he'd put us out of our misery with some matter of fact recovery percentages.
