fair enough... but its clinging to straws... i believe that had whn not had that disaster last year with the failed deal, then they wouldve been in with ophir (if it really is them) on the new seychelles ground application... it was stated as such in terms of their strategy with their incoming partner into the seychelles... but this is just conjecture, and if whn aint getting new ground, then its quite immaterial for them... can be positive in the case it is ophir, but generally speaking, rather immaterial...
