There are arguments for and against everything.........Since day dot, policyholders were refered to as "Members". Over the recent past, the word "member" has been slowly replaced with the word "customer". Clever marketing in the past slipped the words "your fund & our fund" into correspondence but has since eased the personalised side of things.

I agree with spruik in the post above and I also will be voting with my feet.....Much, much cheaper options out there.
