Whip out the horoscope from the latest daily rag and call the clairvoyant hotline. They will be able to give you a much better idea on FAR plans beyond committed drilling.
I'm still not convinced the SNE-1 drill will even happen, but maybe Transocean's fleet reports are a similar compilation of wild guesses coupled with vague rumours seasoned with a dash of LSD.
That said, I'm still backing FAR. They have a rig on site.
