Yes I agree. I would have thought this would have resulted in more upward momentum. I guess IO price is holding it back. I also noted in the Australian Age those FMG bastards are thinking about appealing the decision - I wonder to whom as I thought the supreme court was the highest court? I did like it that they had to pay the court costs as I am sure a Supreme Court appearance is quite a few bucks!
