Spot on, although I think that there will be some very strong corruption alligations against SMM brought to the surface over the coming weeks, that may even see SMM having face a full investigation that will see them never mining any tenament in SI again. Even without this though I see the injunction lifted next week and we carry on with some great drill announcements etc. Then even if SMM do appeal, this will be thrown out once and for all, as I said AVQ will now hold the biggest card in the deck and that is on top of such a convincing win in the high court that was said to be a waist of the courts time. Yes just a little bit longer and we will get there.
