And then what happens when the home loan interest rates rise? the billions of $ they have loaned out to home owners will start generating higher returns and , bingo bank stocks continue to rise.
And what happens if housing bubble bursts, bingo! people start borrowing again to get in cheap.
Where do they get the money you ask, the big four ofcourse.
Any retrace will be short lived, where not going to experiance anything like the U.S had back in 08.
