That was one of the better MNE ANNs I have read in recent months, more for what it did not say than for what it did.

Given the lack of JORC and resource statement, in common with almost all thin vein miners, Zeff has to be careful how he explains the information he releases with regard to SS and so is left with no option but to leave lots of clues and rely on his shareholders to join the dots.

In particular I refer to the following

    Page 1

"Bonanza copper and gold results from the San Sebastian exploration tunnel including face sampling: 
    1.55m @ 18.35% Cu,
    1.50m @ 11.65% Cu,
    0.80m @ 16.32% Cu and 6.37g/t Au 
    0.90m @ 7.05% Cu and 3.75 g/t Au"

These grades came from the rock face and tunnel structure they are thus representative of the sort of grades we can expect once mining starts as the samples came from the ore that will be mined.

Further credence is given to these numbers when Zeff goes on to say also on page 1

"Initial sampling from the high-grade stockpile has returned a result of 22.50% Cu and 2.37g/t Au"

Although to keep ASIC happy he does add the obligatory disclaimer about it being early days at SS and the results may not be representative of future stockpiled ore .... indeed given that grades seem to increase at depth and we are mining below the earlier adit then future grades could just as easily be higher than lower.

Further assays from ALS laboratories will be published in due course.

The local lab can turn around Cu assays in 24 hours.

Bearing in mind the speed of the assays

    Then from page 2:

" we are targeting the wider portions of the vein beneath the historic workings which we are yet to reach."

Grades seem to increase with depth and so does width of the vein .... it all means we could have further ANNs any day now with more high grade assays.

All good publicity as the ramping up process continues alongside the exploration work.

It is starting to look like the current quarter which started today will be a really good one if by the end of this quarter we will be producing super high grade Cu from Panga, Paraguay and SS with tiny opex costs and no capex.
