that sounds good to me man,but if i was stupid enough to be a property investor at the moment,it would be through a loan with a mob like yellow brick road,backed up by macquarie.the interest rate saves you thousands compared to the big 4.what i really don"t understand is why people still actually bother borrowing from the big 4.maybe they think that they need security,like in depositing funds with them.
i actually speak from experience as a past property investor-believe me,the banks are a joke,i just cannot understand how they still control the huge home loan market %.
