Your right Shakes, this discussion is a dead horse. The much more important question is why are these supposed 200,000 people going to all the effort to sign up to Netflix in the US when they have Quickflix available here? What is it about Quickflix that puts these people off? Is it a content issue ? A branding issue? A customer service issue? Or is it just that, after a decade, most people still haven't heard if them? If Quickflix spent more time focusing on those questions and less on sending whiny letters to Netflix maybe it wouldn't be where it is now.
