While it is always possible that Orbis med signed the agreement with the express intention of forcing more money out of UNIS when UNIS dont meet the requirements I really doubt it. In other words Orbis Med have seen info that makes them believe those targets are achievable. So rather than a negative it is possible that the covenants show future projected income something we have only been able to guess at before
