    The Board would like to welcome
    Dr Dianmin Chen as Non-Executive Director,
    Mr Xin Li (Scot ) as Chief Financial Officer
    and Mr Keith Bowker as Joint Company Secretary, effective immediately.

    Along with Abrham Li and Robin Wang, the transition of our Board has a stronger oriental ring to it.

    Takeover coming.
