I wouldn't have bought shares while Fredericks was CEO. Not sure the market agrees with me though - there is some romanticism about his role as founder etc.
Personally I think this is a blessing in disguise. I'm pretty stoked with how the board has handled this and how it is playing out- my fear was that he wouldn't go quietly.
