Salary, in my opinion usually doesn't have much to do with how hard you work or even often how much you have spent of degrees.

I agree an online forum is no place to discuss how much you earn.

However people should not take offence in the fact that someone earns x amount over someone else.

I work in a role with the government, work incredibly hard, even to the point of effecting my health. My pay, in my opinion doesn't match the sacrifices I have made and continue to make.

The world has always been this way and things will never change so no point worrying about it.

Hence the reason I invest.
