That is key information!! If the Chief Justice of the Court of Appeal decided the precedent case in relation to the registration of customary land then that is a MASSIVE tick. He isn't likely to overrule himself is he?

Also, Justice Brown is also unlikely to make a decision that isn't in line with his the precedent set by his superior who would then be hearing the matter at appeal as well. Not a good career move.
