1./ If they had anything big coming soon they wouldn't be doing it 2./ This will depress the share price again for a while as it is obviously now again unsupported - SSPs all do, they are a dud mechanism for lazy managements who can't be bothered with requirements for a rights issue. With SSPs significant holders & supporters of a stock do not get a fully pro-rated entitlement against their existing holding. 3./ Uranex holding could be the wildcard but won't necessarily be translated to GDMs market cap even if UNX appreciates significantly - that's just the way the world currently works, don't look for logic!
