Cannon i have followed this investor P Proksa ie the croupier since the big PRR days. It is very rare to see him hold fully paid shares and i always notice him as a big holder in company listed options. So him selling ESI fulls may have been as leverage to his big option purchase. I did notice in the annual report his option numbers reduced but also noticed other names he is associated with appear in the top 20 esioa that i have seen appear in other companies when he is a holder. So i am guessing he has transferred some to different accounts. Also noted him in the top 6 CNXO recently that went up dramatically recently and i was lucky enough to follow him into that stock. Loves his options ive heard and stocks under 1c. I am in ESI on the back of following him again. Made a killing following him on PRR and always look out for his name. Interesting photo on his linkdin page shows how much of a bull he is. Good luck all esi bulls.

I think you misread the annual report. The annual report did not state how many options they acquired. It stated how many they acquired beyond their entitlement.
