I suspect that part of the problem is the issuing of shares to various parties as payment ... whether it is for land, or for financial services etc ... again and again ... without the use of escrow. The BOD only have themselves to blame when these parties sell ... because ... they want their money.

I have been publicly on record re the MZM purchase ... that the MZM lands should not be purchased without funding in place. In particular, that the first priority is to get the plant up and running ... not to purchase more land, which cannot even be utilised until a plant exists.

When the MZM option WAS then executed, we were told funding was 'imminent' ... which some inferred meant it was essentially in place (but not yet announced). In a few weeks time, payment is required for about $3m which relates to the MZM purchase. If that land was purchased, and funding was not effectively in place, then I will maintain my previous position that this was an incompetent and unprofessional decision. And if that is the case, then I think changes should be made.
