    OTOH, I just can't believe that a plan is not in place to deal with these issues:
    * the early GM to re-load
    * the RNI name change
    * the appointing of new staff re production
    * the aggressive exploration programme
    These things all point towards a new energised RNI. I suppose the next month or so will reveal which is the real reality.
