Just plain stupid manipulation at the moment. First trade $100 to drop it into 21.5c - how is that even worth the effort considering the trade fee of $20 or so? Second and only other trade $240....
I reiterate, the current price literally doesnt mean anything. A small bit of interest (or lack thereof) makes quite dramatic price changes - even these low volume trades.
