re: re:depression coming soon-property I think it is amazing that the estate agents do not admit to the the bubble, well then can you really blame them.

Howard has set the wheels in motion with his $14000 grant to new home buyers, this is half the reason for properties getting inflated.

I would expect to see some huge falls in the next couple of years, all we need is a rise in interest rates,good old deflationary signs or a rising sharemarket.

Any of the above will break the camels back.
