Please pardon my ignorance. But is it true that senior staff have won bonuses based on performance? How is this performance measured if the much promised and long awaited sales agreements are yet to be revealed? At this stage, the only yardstick that we can go by is the SP, and that is in the doldrums. The rest is only speculation or undelivered promises. I just cannot see any reason (as yet) for bonuses, or am I off the track?
