Vote Out the Board and Management

I am not aligned to anyone, just a peeved off shareholder holding a loss, management start getting ahead of themselves declaring dividends, then raising capital, make assumptions without regard to the certainty of outcomes of price increases with Tiffany offshot for offtake don't respond to shareholder queries, and think they are kings.. let's all vote these guys off.
