I suspect they have been holding off on testing C17 until the resolutions were passed. Remember the drill report when they drilled through C17? There were strong flows of oil to the surface even with very high pressure on the drill mud. I'm sure that says a lot.

They will test C17 soon, and announce that it's massive. The SP will sky rocket and the SI's will be knocking on the door to get some of those 500 million shares at a discount.
