Liberia could of been required for tenement contract ie certain amount of exploration within holding period...
What pleases me in strange way was the cost of Liberia meant budget must of been calculated into near term ntiola generation...
Not many explorers can/are drilling numerous tenement at one time... Obvious to me KJ knows his time schedule can allow for this given the cash balance...
