Hi Von Rico, Monogram 1962 and all,

I have my concerns about this type of financing; however, I’m sure the current management know what they are doing. If the terms are flexible enough then the current management should be able to control things as they wish and hopefully shareholder value remains their main focus.

It would appear they have this loan facility to call on; however, I am sure they know they have a strong shareholder base they can call on also. I don’t think any of us posting here ever believed that more money would not need to be raised at future points in order to continue prospecting and hopefully one day making the transition to a gold / copper producer.

This company is reasonably tightly held although they may be some stock remaining with the previous broker and financial backer; perhaps the sell down of the shares last week was down to this stock overhang.

I agree with Monogram that with these grades and in the middle of the kind of exploration results we are seeing selling out of these shares would appear ludicrous to me. Someone must be Miffed!

As we now know there is some gold at the relatively shallow depths (100-150M) it’s reasonable to think more could be found beyond that depth and elsewhere on the lease. I for one would not be selling in fact if allowed I would be a buyer at these levels.

Possibly as we are discussing WCN and its current drilling / exploration program in such a way there could be similar talk around the water fountain in a few offices in New York.

With the recent climb in the US dollar a savvy American investor could INHO do a lot worse than adding an Australian gold exploring company to his / her portfolio.

Gold appears to being dismissed fairly regularly in our western press and I’m hearing that barbarous relic statement more each day but now with Mario / Europe announcing his money printing scheme I believe the price of Gold will one day adjust upwards to reflect all this money printed out of fresh air.

Of course the Gold nay Sayers can say all they wish against my thoughts; I am solid in my reasons for holding physical gold and companies that look and find it!

Apart from the multi trillion dollar unfunded liabilities all around the world and particularly the USA you never see this clock running the other way.
