It appears that this is just on open market purchase. Not sure if tied to his compensation package, but reads like out of his personal account. Granted its small, but why would an insider buy at all if they were concerned about the political risk....? This stock has been so storied with the political uncertainty. IMO, The stock is just moving with the uncertainty as it historically has...
