With the board seeing compelling value and with "each director of Crowe Horwath intending to vote all the Crowe Horwath shares held or controlled by them in favour of the Scheme" I took a 6% profit!

At least it wasn't a loss.

I hope something else eventuates for holders but I doubt it. The tone of the announcement doesn't hold much hope.
