My experience of NFP sector is they are often hampered by unprofessional and change-resistant cultures. Sometimes ludicrously so. Having a rigorous board with sound experience in the private sector is a crucial step in getting things to work, but cultural change takes time.
As for Bouris, I got on board ADO before he did, but was very happy indeed to see him arrive. He's absolutely not doing it for the immediate remuneration, but equally he doesn't waste time on losers either. He would be mindful of the LT options payoff.
